During his recent show on Star Sports, Gautam Gambhir discussed Babar Azam and his composed and effortless style of play. He mentioned that while players like Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, and Joe Root are exceptional, Babar Azam’s playing style stands out even more.

He has surpassed everyone with his extraordinary batting skills, having scored 19 centuries and 28 fifties. He has also become the fastest player to reach a total of 5000 runs, breaking Hashim Amla’s record.
As the 2023 ICC Men’s World Cup draws near, with the stage set to light up on October 5th in India, Babar Azam is leading the Pakistan team as captain, with Shadab Khan serving as vice-captain. They will kick off their campaign against the Netherlands on October 6th.
